Talent management software from Bond Talent, part of our suite of HR workforce management software solutions, includes several administrative functionality features designed to streamline your talent acquisition responsibilities. Discover these features, from reporting to third party integration, below:
Organization Hierarchy
The ability to set and update the structural hierarchy of the client organization and the approval levels that are required.
Talent Admin System (TAS)
The ability for certain types of users (generally Bond Talent Account Managers) to 'set-up' the client system criteria and templates.
Authorization
Each system will have a default authorization set-up where individual or drop down lists can be incorporated along with company-wide authorization rules. Authorization will be editable at the job template level. All authorization stages will produce automated emails.
Agency Portal
The ability for selected staffing agencies to be able to submit candidates for vacancies. The recruiters should be able to manage tiered suppliers, create and manage agency records with fees/bill rates, etc. and enable or disable agency logins. Key Agency contacts are able to set logins.
Advertising Agencies
The ability to view vacancy details and edit advertising records to include costs, size, date of publication and attach ad copy.
Reports
An extensive reporting tool delivering the ability to generate client specific reports, not limited to:
Equal Employment Opportunities, Spend Management, Cost per Hire, Time to Fill, Outstanding Vacancies, Vacancy Status, Agency Performance. All reports should be able to run over specified criteria, including ad hoc reports.
3rd Party Integrations
Talent management software integrations include: HR and Payroll Systems, Outlook/Lotus Notes, Testing Providers, Job Boards etc.
Talent Management
Software for existing employees includes talent searching, tracking career progression, basic succession planning, appraisal management and internal mobility.
Login Profiles
User access and functionality available to each user type will be defined per client.
De-activation of Records
Candidates should be deleted after a set period of time. The current process is to de-activate rather than delete, so reporting/statistics can still be obtained using Equal Employment Opportunities data and a basic history of the application.
Onboarding
Ability to manage the entire process from generation of contacts, to the appropriate contact selections, to the production and management of references and employment checks, through to notification of all interested parties.
Agency Portal
An interactive agency portal that provides secure visibility to your third party suppliers to view vacancies and submit candidates online. The system will support the use of recruitment and staffing organizations and greatly reduce the associated overhead in time and resource required to communicate with specific third parties. This is the first step in implementing an overall Vendor Management System (VMS).
