Tim GiehllTim Giehll, Chief Executive Officer
Tim brings 25 years of financial, operational, and technology management experience to human capital management software developer Bond Talent since he became CEO. He has an MBA from the College of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and has held increasingly responsible leadership positions in large companies such as Manpower, Sequent Computer Systems, Control Data Corporation and Supercomputer Systems Inc. He has experience in startup companies such as Chen Systems Corporation and American Coating Technology, Inc. He is also the co-author of "Human Capital Supply Chain," which describes how to use supply chain tools within talent management environments.

Ned BoddieNed Boddie, Vice President of Technology
Ned has over 23 years of software development and customer support experience with several different companies. Areas of expertise include client server environments, object oriented development, and management of complex projects spanning both development and implementation of multi-site systems. Companies Ned has worked for include Computer Automation, Datapoint, Market Investment Solutions and Bond. He has also previously run his own software company.


Claudette JaswaClaudette Jaswa, VP of Sales & Marketing
Claudette has more than 10 years of recruiting and staffing experience and has previously held the positions of Marketing Representative and Sales and Marketing Manager. Upon receiving her degree from Brenau University, Claudette cultivated her career in the recruiting and staffing industry, becoming an influential part of operations management in the Atlanta market with Manpower. Her current responsibilities at Bond Talent include market share growth, the expansion of market place awareness and development of communication programs.

Susan WurstSusan Wurst, Vice President of Consulting Services & Account Management
Susan brings a broad range of human resource and staffing experience to Bond Talent. She worked for four years at Olsten, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges Bond Talent customers face. She was the branch operations manager for a recruiting and staffing office, and was responsible for payroll, client sales, recruiting and employee development. Susan also worked as a Human Resources Manager with Borg Warner Protective Services and gained valuable knowledge of training, workers compensation, employee relations and compensation/benefits. Since coming to Bond in 1996, Susan has held various positions including: Trainer, Training Manager, Director of Product and Customer Services, VP of Sales and Services, as well as her current position.
